Our economy  ECU software is available for most makes and models of commercial vehicle. It is designed to run on a standard vehicle and as such requires no physical modifications. In regards to emissions our economy software will as a bare minimum match the standard  NOX and CO2 emission, more often than not exceed them!

All our software is developed in house to deliver the best from your vehicles. When developing software we always consider reliability as our main concern. As our software can be installed in under 1 hour we feel the downtime is very minimal.

Our software typically yields a decrease of between 10% and 20% in fuel consumption. This is achieved by changing the parameters in the vehicles ECU.

Some of the parameters we change are:

• Increasing the torque at lower RPM

• Decreasing the torque at higher RPM

• Applying a speed limiter where applicable – typically 70mph (vehicle dependent)

• Decreasing the RPM – This eases the strain and increases the longevity of the engine and associated components
