Seat Leon MK3 1.4TSI Stage 1

Last Thursday we had a customer call round very last minute, 18:00 to be exact. They were leaving for a long weekend and wanted their Seat Leon MK3 1.4 TSI 140bhp remapped.

The car was relatively new, as such it sailed through our diagnostics scan showing no issues or faults.
What we like to try and do is show the customer a before and after performance increase. The way we do this, using industry leading technology, a real world environment timed 0-60mph 30-50mph 50-80mph and 0-100mph.
The 30-50 and 50-80 represent real world overtaking figures whilst the 0-60 and 0-100 are the go to measures.

Due to the weather conditions changing so much, the results have been shadowed a little. To say it was wet was an understatement! As you can see the 0-60 time was severely hindered due to lack of grip off the line. It’s also worth mentioning the customer has since been in touch reporting an increase of just under 10mpg, from 36mpg to 45.6mpg average.
